Swag for the Slopes

It's ski season! Whether you're headed to the slopes for a corporate getaway or a family holiday, winter break or spring break, branded gear helps to protect you against the elements while showcasing your organization. When you give away swag as part of the trip, you're creating emotional connections, building brand loyalty, and getting a little publicity as your logo beams from the top of the mountain all the way back to the lodge.

Without further ado, consider any or all these promotional items for inclusion on your next ski trip.

Beanie

What's a snow adventure without a beanie? Keep your head warm on and off the slopes with a stylishly customized winter cap. Even if you wear a helmet while you’re skiing or snowboarding (advisable), you'll want something more comfortable to cover your hat head while you're drinking cocoa at the base of the mountain.

Socks

Stay warm from head to toe when you add some customized socks to your beanie swag. The right socks are crucial for comfort and warmth on the mountain. If they're too thick, your boots won't fit properly. If they're too hot, your feet will sweat and the dampness will be colder than if you'd worn regular socks. You don't want the band of the sock to be inside your boot or that's another opportunity for it to rub raw. All that to say that socks can be tricky business, but you can make them good business when you customize them with your brand message and/or logo.

Scarf or Neck Gaiter

On blustery days, any exposed skin is an opportunity for Jack Frost to impose his will. Prevent the breeze from blowing right down your spine by keeping your neck warm. Some folks prefer scarves while others like the versatility of a neck gaiter. You can put a logo on either one, and it will be like your brand saved the wearer's neck.

Fleece Earband

Here's the thing: wearing a helmet keeps your brains inside your head, but it prevents you from wearing a beanie that covers your ears. Solution: earbands. Earbands keep your ears warm without interfering with a helmet, insuring both your brain and your ears live to ski another day.

Touchscreen Gloves

Any avid skier will tell you that knit gloves (or any gloves that absorb moisture) aren't the best choice for ski gear. However, these touchscreen gloves are perfect resort wear for walking around town, going out for a warm beverage, or filming your littlest skiers on the bunny slope. They keep your fingers warm while still allowing you to use your smartphone. That's some serious multitasking.

North Face Vest

Can you even call yourself a skier if you don't own something North Face? The jury is still out. Save face, preserve mobility, and look stylish while you're doing it. The North Face logo appears on the bottom of this vest and your logo takes the headliner's position on the shoulder.

Mug

Not all resort gear is wearable. Nothing beats the perfect mug. The right weight in your hand, allowing enough heat through the sides to warm chilly hands, and something that stokes warm feelings with every sip, custom mugs are the gifts that keep on giving.

Snowbrush Ice Scraper

It doesn't sound like a sexy promo item until it's the difference between leaving for work on time or leaving 15 minutes late. Even if your recipients live in places wihtout much snowfall, the scraper/brush combo will come in handy on the mountain and will prove to be worth its weight in gold during the next ice storm. Instead of an "s" on a man in a cape, it will be your logo on the handle of a lankier, less-appreciated hero.
